"The location was very nice and the property was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. We booked a room with a balcony and mountain view, but were given a different room without either. I understand that overbooking can sometimes happen, and I can accept that. However, the main issue was the bed. It was damaged, noisy and squeaky, which made it very difficult to sleep. On the first day, when we arrived, I spoke by phone with a man from the property. 8.4 out of 10, Very good, (5 reviews)

"I liked the hotel. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is some front desk employees are ignorant and rude."
