Pros: The room was very clean and the hotel was nice. There are meal options nearby. The staff were AMAZING. Cons: The A/C has mold on the coils, which puts out an ammonia odor (like car pee), and’s made the room very damp feeling.

Nice choice

Very clean, pool was gorgeous and clean, breakfast was good (stocking of items could have been better attended to) but all in all, a 9/10 stay. Elevator was out of service but the staff put me on the first floor so no worries about that.

Very Comfy Hotel

Everything with our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was great. The rooms are really clean and beds are super comfy. The Sunday weekend check in person she was awesome. Now the Monday front desk people could use a little work as couldn't find anyone for checkout, but could hear them all just chatting in the back. I had to call to make sure I did my checkout right and the person on the phone was very friendly though.

The staff and overall cleanliness they maintained is the only thing that works for this property! The elevator was broken on both trips. There were no beverage options, including water, for breakfast. Food quality was stale. The staff on all shifts were kind and courteous and they maintained an overall clean environment! Special shout out to "Linda" who always had a smile.

A Gem off the Beaten Track

This was an exceptionally enjoyable stay. Room was wonderfully comfortable and clean. The service was efficient and very friendly. The location was a little off the beaten track but well worth the minor deviation.

Hotel was clean and beds comfortable Breakfast left a little to be desired. No fresh fruit. No healthy cereal like Raisin Bran. Most cereals would suit a child’s taste. No yogurt.

We basically sleep and eat breakfast. The beds and room are comfortable. This time, apparently there was a baseball tournament and breakfast was sparse. Other than that, we most likely will return. We have family in surrounding area and it is convenient. Hospitality is great!

The elevator was broke. No one called and let us know. I have MS and had a very hard time having to bring all my stuff up the stairs. There was no employee that could help bring my stuff to the room. I traveled with kids so made it even harder. I even made a note Inhad MS and needed 1st level. They ran out of towels so we had to reuse ole dirty wet towels. The room smelled like stinky wet socks when we walked in. I will never stay at a comfort inn. They did not even refund us for all the trouble we had.

Just passing through on our way home

We reserved our room as we were driving on I-40. When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk pulled us right up and had us in. Now, the $50 deposit was a bit off since we had already put in our credit card to pay online. But the clerk was very friendly (he reminded us of our son). Room was clean, breakfast was ok.
