"They were replacing countertops, very disruptive till 8pm everyday. Trash is left by tenants in the hallways and elevators. Exterior door frame was about to come out of the opening. Found dead bugs in the bathroom. Floor was filthy. Cleaned it with a washcloth on day 1."

"The a/c controls were broke, with the room on arrival extremely cold. The a/c unit was very loud. When requesting a different room so we would not get sick from the cold , we were told it was okay to unplug the unit. She would have maintence check it out tomorrow, which was absolutely no help for us. It was freezing until early morning.
