"This is a great property. I didn't get an accessible room this time and probably chose wrong. The space to navigate the room with my adult son in an electric wheelchair was tight with 2 queens. Other than that, no complaints."

"Rooms are dated but relatively clean. Didn't know that the double room has full beds, not queens. Excellent breakfast and morning staff was very kind. Evening staff was rude."

"First of all , when I got there I was told that I did not have a reservation there but I had one confirmed on expedia. Then I was told that someone else had checked in under my name but my credit card was not used. I was given another reservation. The room was clean but had many issues. The air conditioner did not work and the drain in the sink did not drain well. There was damage to the floor . walls and bathroom door. The luggage rack was broken as was a curtain. We did not eat breakfast there...

"We had to switch rooms because our air conditioner was broken and the cover was just sitting on the floor. Room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was not enough bath towels for two people and only 3 pillows in the queen size bed. Breakfast not very appetizing, coffee was on the cold side. Some staff were friendly but most very not so much. Overall very disappointed and would not stay there again."

"The only issue I had was my TV didn’t work and called for help and no one ever came. I was only there for one night so I was ok. The front desk help was awesome name begins with L."

"Kinda hard to find at first. It's actually attached to another property so it's kinda confusing but a great place to stay."

"The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. What we didn’t like was the food. It was terrible and we couldn’t chew it. Even the bread was stale or old. It was turkey sausage and eggs were rubbery. We had to go out for breakfast. Also the pool was closed due to chemical imbalance. The water was so cloudy so we couldn’t swim. We ended up leaving early to go home."

"When we travel to Florida this property is our first overnight stay. We travel with our Golden Retriever, room is always clean beds are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. Stayed on February 28th on the way down and May 9th on the way back. We have done this for 7 years now. Mac’s restaurant is right next door for an added bonus!"
