The staff was great! The parking was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. The valet was actually cheaper than other self-parks in the area. Room was ok! Not amazing, but fine for a night in the city. Clean, just needs some TLC. Lobby was beautiful. We have a daughter, It was so nice to get gelato/Starbucks ...
