"This hotel is awesome!! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Special shout out to Marta and Dylan who could not do enough for us and the lovely receptionist who upgraded us on arrival (sorry didn’t get your name) Unfortunately the arrival in our room was slightly marred by the hooligan who decided to bang on our door to demand our silence not appreciating 5 year olds get excited when they are upgraded to a suite, we appreciated it was 10.30 at night but hardly warranted the aggressive nature of his response, it wasn’t exactly the middle of the night! This did not spoil our stay though and we will be coming back later this week"

"Beautiful hotel . Had no issues at all . Check in and out was seamless . Only problem I had was mirror was too high in bathroom to see as I’m 5 Ft 1 could only see top of my head . Bottle bank was emptied early in morning and having window open it was very loud ."

"Really lovely overnight stay in a room with a balcony. Convenient location in the centre of Harrogate. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with gorgeous high ceilings and a comfortable king size bed. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar in the evening and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely visit again. The large balcony was a definate bonus, with a nice seating area to look out over the park with a glass of wine!"
