Khách sạn Harrogate

"Lovely one night stay right next to the convention centre. Room as expected, clean with plenty of space. Car parking very convenient and easy to find. Staff all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the hotel was lovely. Breakfast excellent and good service. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely and clean, nice hosts and very good location"

"Stay spoiled by very loud neighbours from 6:30am. Suppose that is. Ot the hotels fault but the walls are paper thin"

"Staff was friendly, full kitchen including washer/dryer, clean and comfortable. Ideally located. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Old Swan Hotel Marvellous - We found this hotel very charming. Upon arriving, the reception lady was very welcoming and friendly. We booked an Executive Suite - great value for money. Suite was very clean and very spacious. However, does need updating as no aircon, no USB plus sockets and furniture very dated. Dining room very beautiful, staff friendly and breakfast delicious. Beautiful lounge areas to relax in. Would I stay again - absolutely. Would I recommend - absolutely."

"We had a one night stay, so didn’t use many of the facilities. Our room was small, but warm, clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries. Our problem was with access to the hotel. It was dark when we arrived, Harrogate had many one way roads and a lot of roadworks semi-closing others. It was a cold room and when we went to turn the radiators on they were filthy with dust and debris in the grills!! We complained to the receptionists who immediately arranged to move us to another...

"Lovely staff lovely place staying again at the end odf this month and will be staying regular for work cheap roomy and lovely shower gel and shampoo clean room worth the price i paid if not more lovely and welcoming manager"

"Overall atmosphere was one of the best experienced. A 3 night stop. A busy , successful country pub, restaurant, party venue does create a few problems of wear. Which will need addressing fairly soon. Certainly recommend."

"We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. Loved the different options to normal offerings with overnight oats and yoghurt smoothies. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely dog friendly hotel which we’d love to...
