"Lovely one night stay right next to the convention centre. Room as expected, clean with plenty of space. Car parking very convenient and easy to find. Staff all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the hotel was lovely. Breakfast excellent and good service. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location…great restaurants"

"Stay spoiled by very loud neighbours from 6:30am. Suppose that is. Ot the hotels fault but the walls are paper thin"

"Lovely and clean, nice hosts and very good location"

"Great hotel 10-15 minute walk into the centre. Generous sized rooms. Breakfast was great and lots of choices. Great value for money."

"So lets start with the positive. the hotel is impressive and the room I was given was a good size. And unlike many hotels they have a full suite of Spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi (incl outside), steam room and sauna) However Issues: 1. Reception staff are a little stone faced. And it came as a shock that they wanted a deposit of £50 per day I was staying, something that was not made clear to me previously and took a large chunk out of my vacation budget 2. website shows some rooms with a pine...

"Old Swan Hotel Marvellous - We found this hotel very charming. Upon arriving, the reception lady was very welcoming and friendly. We booked an Executive Suite - great value for money. Suite was very clean and very spacious. However, does need updating as no aircon, no USB plus sockets and furniture very dated. Dining room very beautiful, staff friendly and breakfast delicious. Beautiful lounge areas to relax in. Would I stay again - absolutely. Would I recommend - absolutely."

"Staff was friendly, full kitchen including washer/dryer, clean and comfortable. Ideally located. I’d definitely stay here again."

We eventually had to abandon the car, walk to the hotel and ask for help as to how to get into the car park. Staff were very helpful and got us sorted. We had booked a space in the car park,...

"nice hotel although looking a little "tired""

"Loved everything as always amazing"

"The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road. We had a fabulous 3 days."

"We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. Loved the different options to normal offerings with overnight oats and yoghurt smoothies. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely dog friendly hotel which we’d love to...
