"The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large with lots of shelves. Having a washer & dryer was very handy. Hotel was quiet. Location was close to the Tube and restaurants. There’s a cafe in the lobby where you can get excellent espresso drinks & pastries. We would stay there again. "

"We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. "

"Super staff! Our power went out in our first room and we were promptly moved to a similar yet smaller room. No issues. I get that they were trying to accommodate us quickly. Staff was quick to loan us a converter during our stay. I love the free washer/dryers as I like to save my room for shopping! Great beds and the room overall was clean, comfy and nice. Not one issue.
