"Positives is that the pool area is beautiful and the rooms themselves were comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the rooms themselves were big. Negatives include one bathroom having no water pressure in the sink and shower so all 6 of us had to share one working bathroom. I called the staff about it and they said they will send someone to fix it and then said we turned the faucet the wrong way (??) and then didn't offer a solution. They only gave 2 shampoo/conditioner for our group of 6 and it took 2 calls before we could get ore delivered and it was a hassle to get more pillows and towels too. The floors were dusty in the master bedroom. Check in was also very weird, there was no instructions about going a half mile away from the location to pick up the key. "
