"Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. "

"Lovely new apartments. Quiet and a good view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The need for key fobs to go thru every door was somewhat tiresome and a bit surreal. The concierge who carry out the check in for these apartments were helpful. I was somewhat disappointed as there was no hairdryer in the apartment. After a long hold on the phone I was told the housekeeper would bring one Saturday morning (we were going to a wedding) but it never materialised....

"I stayed at Turing Locke Cambridge from 22–25 April 2026, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing—especially as this stay coincided with my birthday. On arrival, we were given a room that was clearly not fit for use. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell and the sink would not drain, making it feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. We reported this straight away but were told other guests were having the same issue, so no alternative room was available that night. As a result, we...

"This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing. The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat. This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."

"Parking was easy not so sure about secure. It is pet friendly but there is nowhere closeby where you could let the dog off as the garden opens on to the main road. Didn't see any staff apart from the manager when we arrived and that was a total fluke. the room was riddled with ants they were everywhere, i even landed up bringing some home with me. The pedal bin had'nt been washed out."
