"My stay at the Atrium was very pleasant. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I also enjoyed dinner there one evening, which was equally nice. The swimming pool was a lovely feature and a great amenity to have during the stay. One point worth noting for future visitors is that most of the parking is located in an underground car park with a height restriction of 1.9m, with only a limited number of spaces available outside the hotel."

"If you are departing out of Terminal 3 at London Heathrow, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We were there to get a good night’s sleep, shower and repack for our flight the next morning. Early check in time is so helpful. The front desk staff were awesome. We requested 2 twins, they made a mistake and gave us a double bed. They quickly corrected it and even gave us a complimentary choice from their food/drink purchase area. Once we got into the room and started to relax and shower, we never left again until the morning. We didn’t see the library or coffee/tea bar on 2nd floor, but I’m sure it was nice. No windows=total darkness if desired. We also had a nightlight behind our headboards. The beds were comfortable, sheets were nice and clean. Towels were large and they had washcloths. It exceeded our expectations and completely met our needs. We had our own food and were perfectly content to use the in-room kettle to have a coffee in the morning. I wouldn’t stay there just to stay there, but for its purpose, it was perfect. Bring earplugs or noise canceling. The walls are thin. But my noise canceling headphones handled that with no problems. Would absolutely stay again if we had a need for this. 5-8 minutes walk to departures area. Most relaxed travel day I’ve ever had."

"We always have a long car journey prior to a flight out from Heathrow so it's so convenient and sensible to stay at The Renaissance Hotel the night before. We are not rushed, dine in the restaurant in the evening and the shuttle buses are very efficient and cheap to use."

"Room was very good. Staff friendly. Breakfast excellent. However evening meal in the restaurant was poor. First choice of meal and beer both unavailable. Steak was poor- one of toughest steaks I have had. "
