"Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold. I booked through Expedia and check out said 11 am and I wasn’t told any check out time by the owner. On the morning of check out a cleaner knocked at the door and we shouted we were still inside. "I was staying for 3 weeks , when I arrived I had to contact the people to get the access code as they did not send it as I had an overseas contact number . If I had arrived after dark you would never find the key box as there is no lighting in the area where access is. "Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The stay provided us with exaclty what we were looking for and due to the number of people that were able to stay in the appartmet, it was good value for money. I cannot thank AA for their levels of effective communication to provide us with the reassurance required, whenever we had an issue (which was extremely rare). We would certainly consider staying with AA again."

"Easy to find location with hotel parking and NCP parking close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had put on a late night bar with karaoke for after the Take That concert and it was great fun. Breakfast was excellent."
