"The outside of the hotel was absolutely trashed. There was old TV’s and roof shingles littered throughout the parking lot. The lobby looked fabulous, but my room was uninhabitable. The television did not work, the mini fridge didn’t work, the air conditioning did not work and the bedding was stained. ..."
