"Understaffed in The dining area. One person trying to seat patrons, clean tables, and restock food. Too much for one person and I believe cleanliness suffers along with attentiveness. Impossible task for one person"

"Great location convenient close to sea front, easy to check in thou they gave us a really awkward off the way room. Not easy to get to down narrow corridor and no lift. No phone in room to contact receptionist. Room was dusty and dirty, hairs left in sink from someone shaving prior, cobwebs everywhere ..."
