"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It consistently is super clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very close to the Hartville Flea Market and great food and shops. We stay here several times a year for a weekend getaway and have never been disappointed."

Upon check in she never looked up and just said, "credit card and driver's license". That was it. Handed us the key and pointed to the elevators. "Location was good. We were not impressed with the hotel. Our bed linens had blood stains on them which was discussing. The chain lock on our door was broken so we only had the bolt to lock us in. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The shower dispenser did not offer shower soap only shampoo & two conditioners. We could smell cigarette smoke throughout our stay coming from a near by smoker. Ok breakfast but not impressed with the condition of our room."

"This was a very nice hotel. We only had one issue. The refrigerator in our room made a noise like an alien breathing most of the night. The noise would stop at 5 a.m. for a few hours, but it was consistent for the rest of the day."

"I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. "Person next door was likely selling drugs out of his room. People were coming and going every few minutes till 2:30 am. Party in hall till 2:30 am. Only good thing I can say was bed was comfortable. But mostly we did not feel safe!! We pilled everything we could in front of the door to build a barricade. Didn’t even feel safe leaving with the people in the hall."
