"The room was partially cleaned. There was soiled linen on one of the two beds. The was dirt in the shower. There was also an empty toilet paper roll on the floor in the bathroom. Would not recommend staying there at all"

"I didn't get to stay at hotel. But upon arrival I was expecting to stay at Comfort Inn. The hotel was Halstel Hotel, I went in and she couldn't find my reservation. I asked is this Comfort Inn she said yes. FRONT DESK PERSON ON PHONE, WHILE TRYING TO TALK TO ME!! People was walking around the lot suspicious looking, trash all over lot and in lobby. Hotel would not refund even though i wouldn't stay. I felt misled because I wanted to be at Comfort Inn. Would not return or recommend."

"Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats."
