The room was beautiful and it was fairly close to the ferry. Unfortunately, even though we had our own ensuite bathroom, our bedroom connected to a bathroom that served other rooms. A lovely clean, bright room with plenty of provisions. Very friendly staff. Evening meal was great. Everywhere looked well-maintained. The upgrade room was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much. 😁

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Jess on reception was really helpful as was one of the male staff in the restaurant in particular, I think his name was Adam, but I am not sure. Sadly the pool was shut for maintenance.
