"As a family of four we got the family room which was nice as the kids had bunk bed. Also free bus tickets to and fro to Lucerne which is only 21mins away and bus is every 7mins. The bus stop is literally 100m from the hotel."

"Absolutely loved this hotel, check in was super easy as is all automatic and we arrived late. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice and beautifully laid out. Everywhere was clean and there were lots of little touches to make the stay the best, a free tea and coffee station, fridge for guest use, books, picnic blankets, dog bowls and children's games all for borrowing, plus you could borrow an adaptor for your whole...
