Radisson Blu never fails to impress

Such a great hotel in the right spot, in one of my favorite towns in europe. My 3rd stay here this year, had a low grade room this time, other than the couple next door having the session of their life, it was great. all you need, well appointed, staff are very helpful, parking is easy, access to town is effortless. Will return again for sure

Perfect service , but…..

The service and the breakfast were perfect, but the inside the hotel and the room smells awful. This only the negative point. I really couldn’t understand what was the problem.

Nice and comfortable, room.clean, bed comfortable Although there are limitless bottled water for the conference event, there were not a single bottled water in the room for the entire 4 nights. Not sure if it was intentional or is the tap water safe to drink, I just go to the Carrefour express near by for my drinking waters. Some how housekeeping refilled the coffee pods i use up, but not the tea bags or hot chocolate mix Other than that, this is a good stay

A huge lorry slap bang in front of the hotel for the entire evening we arrived. No water in the room. Bathroom fittings loose. Generally poor Bar area dirty in the evening.

The hotel rooms were basic for what i thought was supposed to be a higher end hotel chain. Breakfast room was too packed and difficult to find a table. Inadequate number of staff on duty in there. Chef seemed unwilling to make omletes and when it came out it looked like scrambled eg Overall was very dissapointing stay

The hotel was in the middle of maintenance. sent me reminders about my upcoming stay, none of which mentioned the entrance and reception was closed so we wandered around in the dark trying to get in. they put little to no effort into overcoming the issues around maintenance work & met several guests wandering round wondering where things were and how to get to things. oh and a light fitting fell off, but I couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle of complaining.
