"Nothing special about this hotel or it's location. Our room was dark and had a small window that overlooked a tyre repair shop. The breakfast looked was okay but we enjoyed going out for coffee and a bite to eat at the various cafes in the area. Next time we're in Napier, we'll stay somewhere ..."

"room 28, jacuzzi was odd; instead of water coming from sides, it came in the centre as bubbles, then surface of the water was covered by film plastic like. After less than 3 minutes of bath there was a feeling of stickiness on my skin. Breach of safety rules. Absolutely unacceptable"
