"We were enjoying the property immensely until the occupants above us started running, jumping, doing acrobatics. Ignored it until they finally wore themselves out at 12:30 am.
Hoped that the next night they would be gone, but it again went on for hours. I called the front desk at midnight and was assured it would be checked out. At 12:30 it was still going on, I called again. Guy said people came in and he couldn’t deal with it, but would now. It finally ended around 1:00 am. When we checked out I asked the desk clerk about it and he laughed and said he must have called the wrong room, because the guy had been asleep. No help whatsoever. For someone traveling with a spouse in a wheelchair, which in itself can be stressful, this was 100% more stressful. We had been planning on staying here whenever in Seattle, now not so sure."
