"The staffs were very helpful & nice-frontdesks(night, day, weekdays, weekend) & housekeeper. The towels,sheets, bed cover & blankets were at least 10-15 yrs old. The blanket was full of holes a man’s thumb can poke into each easily. The fridge was super filthy with black molds. i cleaned it for an hour so i can use it. Yet, it was still dirty. I wanted to rest but couldnt, due to the adjustment i had to deal with in the room. The bedside lamp was broken & the outlet was down i had to use...

"Room was comfortable and clean, as was the lobby. The property is in a somewhat sketchy area, didn’t feel completely comfortable parking my car there. Front desk staff was not friendly. My main complaint was that after staying five nights I had to extend my stay another week and they jacked up my price by $55/night. I moved into the La Quinta next door!"

"As others noted, the rooms smell awful! There were spiders in the tub. The sofa stinks. The AC is loud! There is no way to lessen the noise. The carpets in the hallway need to be vacuumed. The laundry room needs to be cleaned. There were lint balls, old lost clothes and used dryer sheets on the floor. The pool was cloudy. It looked filthy. "my room was very clean and easy to use. just the sheets and pillow cases were not very clean.... had some yellow stains on each pillow cases."

"The first room we were in was terrible. The toilet clogged and overflowed all over the bathroom floor. The second room was better (marginally). It didn’t smell clean at all. The room keys kept deactivating so there were numerous trips to the front desk to collect new room key cards. I will not be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Everett"

"Excellent stay with spacious room with normal bed. It is near a marina and hidden pretty well in Dayton St. Parking is tight and close to a pub. The AC unit was Ia little noisy. The in room coffee was good. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices such as several juices, mix eggs, potatoes, sausage links or oatmeal or cereal or waffle or fresh fruit. All with China plates and metal utensils. The coffee maker has multiple choices too with regular coffee, latte, mocha etc.."

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....
