"I reserved this hotel on my trip from New York to Florida. We got there at about 11:30 PM. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast TO-GO was very minimal and poor quality. They probably shouldn't do this because it seems like a good idea and then it's not, especially if the food is stale and not worth it. We took the bags and then threw them out on our road trip. Our main priority was the comfort and the price and all good."

"This was a spur of the moment reservation due to other options being unavailable. And I am so glad I went with it. Ms Claudia is so cute and sweet. And accommodating. Per request she allowed me to set up decorations. And breakfast. Which she made, was right on time and delicious. The room was the perfect size for a couple to use for their stay. "The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back."

"The front desk was good. Parking was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and stocked. Only problems….. all tv services were out. No tv in any rooms It was pouring and the window in our room leaked so bad we had to put a towel on the floor to stop the sound and to minimize the damage."

"I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told that they were under renovation and they had no available rooms and I didn’t even get to ask for verification or proof of that. The front desk person was rude and disrespectful while someone that was staying there was sitting in the lobby with him and talking about how his microwave was not working and drinking alcohol. I have disputed the charge, made a claim, have travel insurance and still have not received a refund. Meanwhile I had to pay for...
