"Staff was rude and degrading to our employees. We will never stay here again. Towels cost $1.50 to get a clean one daily. I don’t mind reusing my own towel but hotel expense pays for that."

"They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace."

"I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....
