"First off I want to say the staff were so nice and helpful. They even held onto our luggage for free when we left for 3 days to go on a safari. But, the hotel rooms could use some work! Mismatched paint, some stained carpet and the restaurant took forever to bring out the food. I recommend ordering room service so you can relax in your room while you wait. Again, the staff were all wonderful, the rooms though could use some attention and maybe the restaurant, more staff to move a little...

"Klimaanlage hat so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert, die Zimmer waren extrem heiß, im Frühstücksraum / Restaurant war es noch heißer. Die Therme war extrem überfüllt, es gab für die heißen Tage viel zu wenig Schattenplätze. Es ist verständlich, dass bei den heißen Temperaturen die Technik auf Hochtouren läuft, jedoch keine Luft im Zimmer zu haben war wirklich fast nicht auszuhalten.
