Water park was great and over all a great experience. Room had many issues that made us unhappy. Will go back to the water park but unsure if I'll stay in the hotel again.

We have stayed here several times. Both our last trip, and this one, the air conditioning never worked. Staff was great to offer a fan and bring one to the room, but the room gets into the mid-70s which for me is not comfortable. Clearly previous guests felt the same way as the thermostat was set ...
