"INCREDIBLE! thats all thats needed to explain this cabin! Secluded in the middle of no where, located minutes from strokkur and gullfoss. If you plan on driving yourself this is the place to stay. Its centrally located for all of the main attractions. This is the place for those wanting to explore and be off the beaten track it truly is incredible "

"The cottages are comfortable, but quite spartan. There is a kitchen which we did not use. No TV (not a big deal for us). I think that they would make more sense as a base to explore the region, rather than a one-night stay like we had. The people were friendly. "

"Anything this location lacks in luxury is made up for in the solitude and peacefulness of the property. The Private hot tub overlooking a horse and sheep pasture was a great addition. Visually isolated from the road and from all other nearby properties. About 10km outside of town gets you away from the other tourists. "There are games and chessboard in the cottage, so children were happy and busy while i could cook. "

"This was the last night in Iceland after camper vanning it all week. And, i must say it was an experience. The drive there, the surrounding area, and the beautiful view from the top was phenomenal! The room was very clean and modern feeling. I felt like a James Bond villian in my tower. We got lucky and were the only people there, so we had the tower to ourselves. I highly recommend this stay for a unique night with amazing views!! "

"We started our Iceland holiday with first 2 nights stay at cabin 5A. I’m glad we did as it set the bar really high and at the end of our 9 day trip, the family unanimously agreed this was our favourite accommodation in the entire trip! Cabin had everything we needed, extremely clean, hosts were v responsive, and being in open lands (yet near enough to nearby towns), we were treated to 2 nights of auroras when we were there!! The hot tub brought so much joy too, can’t wait to be back! "

"The property was nice, and we enjoyed the hot tub and the entrance from the hot tub to the bathroom. We felt there was good privacy, and the setting was nice for viewing the aurora (too bad we had heavy cloud cover while we were there). The property recommended a couple restaurants that were near-by and we loved Mika! "
