"Really clean and lovely"

"Great staff. Great location. Great service. Awesome hotel"

"De beste pancakes die ik de hele vakantie heb gegeten! Keukenpersoneel en bediening was top, ondanks het beperkte aanbod door slow seson"

"This place is a DUMP !! False advertisement. Described on website as a deluxe 1 bedroom studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen overlooking the ocean. We got a very small one room crammed space. A queen sized bed which was 10 steps from the door, a dorm size fridge and small microwave on a table, 1 chair in the corner close to the bed, a rod to hang your clothes. No toiletries, towels or anything. When we inquired about the fully equipped kitchen they took us downstairs to an area that had...

"We love this little hotel. The owners, Erica and her daughter, Michelle, are fantastic hosts. We have our own vehicle and they have protected parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is well located on the north side of the city, The rooms all have an outside seating area, a micro kitchen with fridge. Our only problem we have with the hotel is that they only have four rooms, which means that often they are booked out. If you want a nice simple room, clean, family owned, especially...

"If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. "

"This property was beautiful, room nice and cool, had a fridge. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good."

"The hotel is located in a really nice area, not too far out from the city. Not far from the ocean and also not far from places to eat. Good restaurants, and other local amenities. There's also a small Cafe right around the corner from the hotel so you will always be able to get food except for Sunday. They are closed. However, the staff is very willing to help and if you need anything at all, they're willing to help you find somewhere to eat and everything else that you could possibly need. They...

"The location is a short walk to the center of the city. Very quiet with a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea directly across the street……have a cup of coffee on the terrace and enjoy the breeze and sea. The breakfast is really nice……. fresh fruit, eggs, mini pancakes and several other baked breads. Really good coffee. Nicely appointed rooms with hot water and super thick,large and soft towels.. Ms.Deborah, the owner is super nice and can provide any information you may need to complete...

"The location was great. The Casitas were nice however the property did not show as nicely as it did online . Our pillows smelled like sweat. And the restaurant across the street again did not present as nice as the reviews online. And our server that day was extremely rude, which was ironic because the sign on the door said, leave your shoes and attitude at the door. The food was OK but very limited. We did not utilize the spa or any of the pools so we can't speak to that but overall, it was a...

"Everything was great. Excellent service and staff kindness. It's a great place to stay, for turism or busses highly recommended. Thank you for all the attention."

"I loved that there was a shop on property which was more like a supermarket and household store which sold everything from souvenirs to children's toys! There was a cafe inside the store as well selling a variety of hot and cold beverages including the usual coffees and teas but also bubble teas, smoothies plus pastries and nibbles. The rooftop restaurant was good also. The restaurant staff was attentive without being overbearing, the food and drinks were good, the service was fast and the...

"Nice view of the park and bay. Although the casino was right downstairs, we didn't hear any noise from it--until it closed and guests came upstairs...."

"I had a really nice stay at this inn. The place felt comfortable and the owner Colin was welcoming and kind. The room was clean, cozy, and a good spot to relax after being out for the day running around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a simple, pleasant stay, and I'd be happy to come back again."

"A+++ customer service"

"This is a sweet little boutique motel right on the river. One of the oldest motels in Belize City. The patio and balcony views of the river and the boats are beautiful and historic. I truly enjoyed my stay here and plan on staying again whenever I'm in Belize city."
