"We had one of the best experience in Merlot Suites! The rooms were so clean, nice with an amazing views. The pool was also so clean ! The hotel location is close to everywhere and quite the same time. The breakfast was tasty with variety in each day ! The staff were so kind and helpful more than any other place that we have been.. "We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. The pool was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much. The Jungle cafe staff work hard, but could know more about certain drinks so that they can give a better explanation. We loved the owner and his son as they talked about the property to us. But the female Jungle Cafe was outstanding as she is warm, welcoming, knowing and great. Thanks"
