"Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean."

"I was disappointed! I was told my room would have refrigerator & microwave was told only refrigerators NO MICROWAVES. Also room was never cleaned! I asked service desk 2nd day after getting out late (11:00am) 3/28/26 that my room needs to be cleaned! After getting back to hotel about 7pm room was never cleaned. It was good I had extra towels. I was really disappointed & knew I was leaving the next day therefore I let this behavior go! Don’t know if I would use this hotel again! But thanks for asking👍"

"Hot tub & pool was loaded with young children & site was under renovation. However, my jacuzzi suite was acceptable until I removed the mattress cover to fine urine stain where I was going to need to sleep. The manager returned my payment on the spot and apologized. "

"I booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool only to find out it was closed for repairs. I also had to have a lightbulb replaced, found loose tiles near the 2nd floor elevator, and found the continental breakfast to be lacking."

"Don't expect quiet or sleep. Unfortunately, even though the location is great, and the hotel is quite nice, there is a defect with the rooms' doors , causing the doors to slam and then bounce and bang multiple times before closing, making LOUD noises. Do not expect to sleep. Everytime, any room on any floor closes, you hear this loud jarring banging door slam. I was put on a busy floor, with guests constantly coming and going in multiple rooms, which was maddening! Both the front desk and the maintenance guy said it was a common issue, with complaints from many past guests. Apparently, this issue could be remedied, but the operations management has chosen to ignore it. I was moved the 2nd night to another room on a less busy floor even though there was less door slamming, it was still an issue "
