"Helpful friendly staff on arrival. Hotel was cleana and tidy. There is an honesty bar which was appropriated after a 10 hour drive. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of food. Parking could be an issue if you arrive late as there are limited spaces. And the hotel is very close to a church with a bell tower than rings every 15 minutes throughout the day and night which woke us up repeatedly, especially on the hour when it rang the number of times corresponding to what time it was. And at 7am it rang continuously for 5 minutes so you won't be getting a lie in !"

"The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Friendly helpful kitchen staff and a full spread of healthy and fresh options. Our family was quite impressed. Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. I think they are used to business travelers and not helping families get oriented. Also the hotel is not actually in the town proper, it is about 10 mins away by car. It is also situated off a very main road, which gets quite loud early in the morning. The facilities were nice fresh and very clean. Positives- absolutely exceptional breakfast buffet the best we have encountered so far on our trip. Negatives- Off a main road that’s loud early in the morning with trucks passing. Somewhat rude and unhelpful reception staff when we checked in the evening. The hotel is not actually in the town. It’s about 10 minutes outside despite the address."

"The room was clean and just right for a family of three (2 adults and a toddler). There was a refrigerator, separate toilet and bath rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious so we could repack suitcases without trouble. There was a patio which had accumulated a fair amount of hail from a recent storm that my toddler was fascinated with. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh choices. The restaurant had a large event but we were able to have dinner in a separate dining area and the food was very good. There was an elevator to get our large / heavy luggage up to the room without too much effort."

"Room was well maintained and updated. Dinner at the restaurant was nicely done. We suffered a bit due to the heat and lack of air conditioning though that seems common in this area. Very helpful staff and pleasant (but warm) stay."

"Prima Lage direkt am Bahnhof und in der Nähe der Altstadt. Schöne Zimmer mit Wasserkocher etc.. Richtung Straße war der Verkehr auch durch das geschlossene Fenster ein bisschen zu hören; sehr großzügiges Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, einzig hätte ich gerne Earl grey Tee gehabt. Sehr nettes Personal."
