"This hotel was in a great location, near a lot of restaurants and landmarks like the Moulin Rouge but also near museums like the Musée de Montmartre and a Dali museum. It was also near a Metro station. Breakfast was good with cakes and croissants. There was also an “honesty bar” every afternoon where you could meet other guests. We enjoyed that. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The family room was 2 rooms next to each other and not enclosed together. One room had a double bed and the other had twin beds. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Rooms were clean but the worn out carpets in both rooms made them feel dinghy and dirty. Expedia VIP perks were also not as expected based on other places within Europe that we have stayed at with VIP perks."

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. "Immaculately clean hotel. My only dissatisfaction was that our initially room had a bathroom sink that was leaking upon our arrival. This should have been caught by hotel staff ahead of our arrival. "Excellent experience, but I would suggest the following: 1. We stayed in the room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but it is on the 8th floor. The elevators only go to the 7th floor: This should be disclosed. I wonder if somebody with a walking disability booked this room without knowing there would be stairs to deal with. Second, I suggest reviewing the mattress, as both my wife and I had back pain after sleeping there for 4 nights. The location is excellent, and I really recommend the hotel."

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was very central and easy to get to the subway station. The room was a bit small for two people with 2 luggages and 2 book bags however the front desk supplied us with luggage racks. Another thing that customers should know is that some of the rooms the bathrooms have tubs which are a bit steep and challenging to get into especially if you are older. I had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel ."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"
