The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. This was unexpected. -The bathroom was not cleaned before our arrival. Not by any...

"I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."

"Room spotless, hosts lovely, fittings/electrics best I have ever seen, beautiful walled garden. Excellent breakfast cooked by hostess was first class. Location very convenient, near center, all within walking distance. Waterside restaurants, plentiful, great views and excellent. We have stayed in this property several times. We would wholeheartedly recommend."
