"The only thing I liked about this place was that the suite had two points of entry, bedroom and living room but still connected in the inside with a door that was nice. Floors were dirty, not swept or mopped. Staff was helpful called them for toilet paper and they brought it to our room. Parking is awful limited parking for watercraft, other vehicles taking parking spaces that were designed for watercraft."

"I paid for my son, daughter-in-law, and 18 month old grandson to stay at this hotel from 7/3-7/5/26. They sent me pictures of public hair in the tub and on the floor, as well as fresh stains of possible blood or poop on the pillows, bottom/fitted sheet, and the comforter! Absolutely unbelievable!! They left within 27 minutes of checking in and ended up staying with my daughter in her hotel room at the London Bridge Resort! I’m BEYOND angry and EXTREMELY grossed out by what my son and his family...

"We were disappointed with our stay. The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived—we found hair in the bathroom, which was not a great first impression. Housekeeping was another issue. The rooms were not serviced unless we specifically requested it, and even after asking, no one came until we had to go back to the front desk again around 6:00 p.m. We clearly told the hotel there were five people staying in the room, yet we were only provided enough towels and amenities for two people. "The staff was great. The room was clean. We were on the first floor and there must have been a herd of elephants above us. The upstairs noise was extremely loud. I would suggest a 2nd level if you can climb the stairs since there is no elevator."
