"I love this place! It is a small hotel but so comfy and cozy. It is everything you need for a relaxing stay on the river. If you wish to have a fun time you can enjoy the bar area with live music and of course the casino is always a great time."

"Hello, parking was convenient. Great location. The building was hot. The air conditioner in the room took awhile to cool down the room, several hours. The room had an odor and could have been cleaner. I would explore other options if you would like a pleasent time or extended stay in Lake Havasu City. If you were just passing through like my family and we're, I would look somewhere else still. Anthony from California"

"Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience. The hotel and room were advertised as clean and smoke-free, but the smell of tobacco inside the room was overwhelming to the point it make my wife and son sick in their stomach and we had to leave immediately for another hotel. The front desk lady was calm enough to accept that we couldn't stay and that the small of tobacco inside the room was bad, but neither the hotel nor Expedia support did anything about it to solve this and refund our money...

"If you are looking for a bed and are not concerned about the quality of the room then this place will suffice. If you are looking for something that meets cleanliness standards of most people, then this is probably not your spot."
