"The owners are so sweet. Sitting right on the water which makes it a bit like a cottage. It’s clean and basic but perfect for a short stay and walkable to all of cute Campbellford. Road trip stop over, working in the city, or a mini trip to the cute city."

"there was no hot water and when asked about this the lady at reception said she will let her husband know once he is back after 9 am ! the building is super old , washroom are shared between rooms , NO air condition ! there was a $50 resort fees ... FOR WHAT ??? we paid about $185 per night"
