Was interrupted by loud music in a neighboring property. The staff kindly assigned me another room without incident.

Van Der Valk Hotel Charleroi Airport
They should modify the hotel presentation: shuttle available means we call you a taxi. I’ve payed at hotel 25€ for taxi, and the taxi was booked for 4 people. I’ve choose ghat hotel just because they had shuttle available… it’s a dissapointment for Van Der Valk chain.

Clean, comfortable room, which is well equipped. Parking nearby. However the accommodation is quite difficult to find - directions on the site are misleading.
