"Most of the employees were rude,there were a few really nice ones,Joe,Gemma and I didn’t get the other ladies name but she was housekeeping staff,all the front desk staff were rude,the female bartender that was working Wednesday March 19th had a 💩attitude,she had 3 customers at the bar and made us wait 15 minutes to order our way overpriced pasta that we all got sick after eating it,it took 40 minutes after we ordered to get 2 orders of pasta.We liked that it was close to the beach and everything was in walking distance.I feel like the water in the lobby could be filled more often as it was always empty or when it was full there were no cups.Breakfast was just ok,the restaurant definitely wasn’t worth the money and the fact that there were so many drunk people running around,this location is NOT family friendly like the Compass Hotel in Pigeon Forge.Also there were so many loud dogs on our floor it was very annoying hearing barking dogs.And don’t ask for a late checkout as you will be greeted with an attitude from the front desk,I don’t know the ladies name I’m sure she wasn’t a mgr but she was working March 19th she had a💩attitude also,myself and my kids had to rush to get out by 11:00am after being sick all night from the hotel’s restaurant food.Also when I booked this hotel4months ago there was a glitch&1of my kids got left off,I tried for 3 weeks to straighten it out&the rude ass staff kept refusing to help me,so I had2rebook&pay$500more&nooceanviewroom"
