"room 28, jacuzzi was odd; instead of water coming from sides, it came in the centre as bubbles, then surface of the water was covered by film plastic like. After less than 3 minutes of bath there was a feeling of stickiness on my skin.
Breach of safety rules. Absolutely unacceptable"

"Check in was quick and easy. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Nice clean bathroom and good powerful shower. Good comfortable beds. Parking directly outside and facility very handy to City and all other areas we were visiting. Had stayed at Palm City Motor Inn twice previously in a smaller 3 bed unit but felt the 4 bed unit we had this time was a cut above. Would definitely stay again when visiting Napier."
