"Room was cancelled. Arrived late at night after being on the road for 11 hours with my 7 year old. I gave them a heads up I was coming from a great distance in advance a week or so vefore. They claimed it was no issue. Expedia says it wasn't them who cancelled and are investigating further but it looks like cancellation came from the property itself.
