"The motel was conveniently located about 7 minutes from Churchill Downs. It was clean but a bit old. The shower was nice and we had a comfortable stay. The planes were sometimes very loud due to proximity to the airport."

"First and foremost, the staff is excellent. When we pulled in, we thought we were on an episode of 48 hours and we came there to die. No bucket, no iron, this establishment should not be open. Our room smelled like someone just smoked an ounce of weed and my head was stuffed up the entire time we were there. Derby weekend and we had no choice, prices were outrageous, even for this little gem. Upsides, hot water, mini fridge and the air worked."

"A great big Thank You to the staff! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was very gracious and accommodating! The indoor pool was heated and very nice as well."

"Carpet was unclean. Sink didn’t drain. There is a gap between wall and door so light. And in and we heard every foot step and all the talking in the hallway. For over 400 a night it was pathetic!"
