"Very near the motorway. You are in Windermere in less than half an hour. Lovely area. Quiet. The apartments are very well equipped and spacious. The views are quite nice. "The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!"

"Came to stay to visit the area for work. The hotel was my base. The staff were so attentive as soon as I walked through the door of the historic coaching pub. "Lovely room with great views. Good location in town. Very nice staff. Nobody helped with the cases from the car on arrival. They need valet parking. Earlier check in than 4pm as most hotels are 3pm. Also most good hotels have Umbrellas at reception. The positives outweighed the negatives but room for improvement."
