"I liked nothing. First set of keys didn't work. No vending machines. Staff was rude. No fan in bathroom. Shower sucked. Only one pouch of regular coffee for a king room. Breakfast buffet was horribly lacking. No one at the desk to get me a receipt. Toilet was like sitting on the floor. And not enough towels. Definitely a 1 star hotel trying to pose as a 3 star plus. "The staff was very friendly and the breakfast staff worked their butts off! It was hot & delicious every morning. The indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub was torn up for improvements. A couple of the work out machines were down as well. Our mattress was well worn down and could have used an upgrade but the room was very clean as well as the common areas."

"I really wanted to give this hotel five stars because the breakfast every morning was perfect. The hot tub was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful, and we loved everything about the room. However, unfortunately, after staying for five nights, we realized that we both developed extreme itching from bites/rash of some kind all over our legs after sleeping in the bed so I believe they need to investigate what that might be and maybe make sure the bedding is being changed properly. "
