"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great for what we needed. Having the transit train right across the street made it very convenient to be able to go to T-Mobile Park for the baseball game. I like that they have a shuttle to the mall for free. "Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"The location was perfect for catching the light rail to go to world cup game. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. In room. Amenities were great. For the price it was amazing. Only complaint I had was breakfast was not exactly a hot breakfast. Aside from waffles. It was fine for grab and go. And I had read hot breakfast so I assumed that it was going to be something a little different. They did however have a great espresso machine in the lobby. I will stay here again when needed."
