"My stay was only one night. When booking the picture portrayed the hotel having lots of boats etc and near water. There was none! The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a wedding and tge vibrations from the music and pontoon the floor above us kept us from having a the quietness needed ..."

We have been many times to Hayling Island as my son lives there. This time he was getting married at Tournebury. Fortunately for us the weather was glorious and it showcased Hayling Island beautifully. Great for walking along the beach.

The actual island has a sea front area with rides and ice cream etc but is pretty run down. The marina is near the hotel and this area is pretty and within walking distance of an inn for food.
