"We spent 6 nights in a Deluxe Ocean View room.
The room was renovated, clean and with a fabulous view over the Coral Sea.
The staff were all fabulous, from room cleaning staff, reception and restaurant staff.
We cannot wait to return in the future.

"I’d like to mention here that, unfortunately, our experience was anything but positive—we stayed here for two nights. The room didn’t smell good; perhaps the air conditioner needs to be cleaned urgently, or there’s a moisture problem. We could also hear our neighbors constantly. It’s important to note that if you book the cheapest room category, you won’t be staying in the beautiful, newly renovated hotel, but in a building behind it. "TV remote was difficult but help of staff we found out how to work it. Noise from bar across road was quite loud but quiten down by 10pm. My major complaint is water pressure it was very poor in hand basin and shower. The only good thing about shower is that it was wet. There was also no place in the shower to put soap, shampoo or face cloth."
