"The bathroom and sink appeared to be clean, but all the furniture, fridge and microwave was covered with dust, fingerprints and not clean. The filter in the air conditioning unit looked as though it had never been changed. There was a clump of dried rice stuck to the arm of the chair and the chair was dirty. The corner round table rocked from side to side making it very difficult to use. The mattress cover had stains that appeared to be dried urine. I had a 6-day reservation and I slept in the room only one night because I awakened in the morning to PAINFUL, ITCHY BED BUG BITES on my face, my left hand and right forearm. When I got up and turned on the lights there was one CRAWLING ON THE SHEET WHERE I SLEPT. The hotel staff was kind and understanding. I had no interest in eating at a hotel that has bed bugs. Parking was adequate. I immediately demanded a refund, checked out of the hotel and went to an URGENT CARE FOR TREATMENT when it opened. It was a horrible experience having to pack up, load everything back into the car, (on vacation), and find another hotel and go see a doctor for medicine."
