"We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area."

"No pool, breakfast came out later than posted time for Continental breakfast. Ac wasnt working when went to front desk was told it couldn't be fixed and they jad no other accommodations so i checked out early"

"It’s closed to Bradley, it was clean, safe, the staff were helpful and polite. I wish they start serving breakfast early for passengers with early flights. I will stay again."

"There is no shuttle and no breakfast, even though the website reads that is does. It was rundown and a bit dirty. The patio door in the room had a large crack and the toilet didn’t stop running. The desk attendant did give me a soda when I was disappointed that there wasn’t a breakfast."

"We checked in and we greeted very warmly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the grab and go breakfast was a HUGE ples as we had an early flight. It was VERY clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely stay again when in the area."

The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and were so sweet to my granddaughter when they found out it was her birthday. My only negatives - I had a five-night stay and never got housekeeping service. So had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was sporadically super noisy and the light in the bathroom would flicker and flash."

"I've been to this property many times. The breakfast is good, but they do not have any gluten free bread items. The staff is very friendly, one staff member made decaf coffee for me at night when the urn was empty. I will go back to this property."
