There is working being done to the space infornt on the Hotel. That was poor driving in, potholes were trouble. The place we stayed was clean and kind and not bad to stay.

facility needs to be updated. Parking lot hard to get into - insufficient signage Corridors smelled stale. Room was clean and beds comfortable but not enough outlets near beds. Please take as constructive criticism, not complaints. Would stay again if the need arises.

Property was in great condition. Rooms smelled of cigar/cigarette smoke but only mildly. Room otherwise was fine. In an unfortunate area of West Springfield but otherwise good access to the highway for transportation around western mass

Hotel is very run down. Exterior doors do not latch. Hallways on both floors smell like Marijuana and cigarette smoke the entire 2 day stay. No elevator. The hotel seems to be used as a residence or temporary housing for people experiencing difficulties in life. The only reason I didn't switch hotels was the inside of the room was acceptable and the mattresses were quite comfortable.

The room was quiet & secure, & the beds were comfortable. It was easy to find, & a convenient location. The view was of a huge dirt lot, & the concrete-block-walled backs of two buildings. Coffee & pot in room but clerk found no creamer anywhere.

My room was clean and quiet. Staff courteous and pleasant. It was the cheapest place I could find where I needed to be. So no suprise that the building looked worn and shabby.
