"Ive continued to stay at this hotel for a couple main reasons, one I like their outdoor swimming pool area & also the check out time at noon is a huge plus. Friendly staff always helpful. I like the economy rooms they're the best I think cuz there's spacious room & full kitchen"

"A very good place to stay at a great rate. Lots of parking. Breakfast was good and friendly staff there & front desk. Only 1 (sorta) dawn side - its located near railroad tracks so light sleepers will hear train coming thru a night. I would stay here if wver back in Portland. "

"It is an ok hotel, near the airport with not much around it. My stay was not good due to an interaction with a female front desk attendant May 14 @ 6 p.m. I had some questions about why my room was not cleaned. She was rude, disresectful and could not care less. Other hotel staff were fine but my experience with her soured my opinion of the hotel. Would not return there. "

"The best part of this location is the proximity to the light rail. The breakfast was not very vegan friendly (waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, coffee). The shuttle was not available when I arrived at the airport at midnight, the front desk said I would need to take an uber or lyft. I guess the shuttle driver had left at 11. The interior of the property is showing some age. But the front desk folks were always kind and the listed amenities were all there."

"I am sure the mattress was from my original apartment 40 years ago. No coffee, no chair to sit on, no wi-fi and the front desk had the audacity to tell me it was a delux room! There was NOTHING DELUX about that room. It was my fault to stay at a hotel that was literally 100 feet from a freeway. Worst hotel stay EVER!!"

"Checking into Eastside Lodge hours late due to severe staff delays was unacceptable. The room completely lacked functional AC, rendering it uninhabitable. To make matters worse, housekeeping aggressively knocked at 9:00 AM demanding I leave. The entire building and parking lot reeked of strong cigarette smoke and urine, presenting a severe health and safety hazard. This experience was a total failure of basic lodging standards. I demand an immediate, full refund for this unusable service."

"My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay in our single king room that overlooked the small pond/lake. It is located adjacent to a business park but was a very quiet area despite that and being near the airport. The facilities were all extremely clean and the room was spotless and well laid out. Toiletries were serviceable quality; towels were plentiful and lobby provided a coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff at the location were all extremely professional, courteous, and helpful....
