"The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes "

"Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Room was nice, clean, comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast is grab n go. No evening meals or bar. Bus stop right outside the hotel takes you into the town centre. Good pizza shops beside the hotel! "

"The property is easy to find and beautiful from the start. There is plenty of parking on site. Check in was easy. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and up to date with a large closet for luggage and coats/clothes. The bed was super comfortable with nice crisp clean linens and comfy pillows. Very clean bathroom with a very nice stand up shower. Staff were always friendly, personable, and more than helpful. "Great location in the centre of Aberdeen. Welcoming staff. Very comfortable, clean and modern room, super quiet. While we didn’t take advantage of it as we were near the end of our trip, the onsite laundry including soap was a great extra amenity. Nice breakfast"

"The stay at the park in was ok. The curtains in the room were insufficient. With daylight at 4am, the whole room was lit up and made it hard to sleep. I was going to bring up this issue at check out, but was not even asked how my stay was. See attached photos at 4am."

"Showing signs of wear and tear. Very poor parking facilities with very hefty charges! When someone parked next to me I could not get in the drivers door. A lot of exterior noise from 6.00am. I was maybe unlucky with situation of room. Bed was comfortable and breakfast adequate. Better options in Aberdeen."
